A Note of Advice on Employment
in the San Diego Fishing Industry:
I have been receiving a lot of inquiries from individuals
looking for work, and I wanted to write an open note of advice.
Most commercial fishing outfits in San Diego are one- or
two-man operations, and the few big offshore boats have an
established crew. The sportfishing industry is your best bet if you
have people skills and the spring/summer season is just ahead.
